We would like to avoid returns as far as possible and therefore recommend that you carefully select the correct size before ordering. SUSTAINABILITY is very important to us, which is why we ask you to avoid test purchases or orders in several sizes.
If you still wish to return an item, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the costs for the return shipment must be borne by you.
How the return works:
- Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
- Enclose the completed return slip. If you do not have a return slip, please contact us.

Spain - Keep the consignment number so that you can track the return.
Alternatively, you can also bring the item directly to our stand at the Las Dalias or Punta Arabi market. Simply write to us and we will note down your request and then await you at our stand.
After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that the item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging or suitable packaging in order to receive a refund.
